1 cup cocoa (unsweetened)
1/4-1/2 cup of sweetener of choice ( I've used Swerve (erythritol) or Stevia in the past for a low carb version)
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
2 tsp of almond or vanilla extract
optional: 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix eggs, cocoa, sweetener, coconut oil, extract, and 1/2 of nuts
3. Pour the mixture into a pan lined with parchment. Optional: Use a small amount of coconut oil to grease the parchment and pan.
4. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
5. Let cool completely to allow brownies to completely solidify
